At R Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before buying.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not offer exchanges on opened or used products.

Ingestible & Health Products
For health and safety reasons, all ingestible products (including collagen supplements and wellness blends) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as R Cosmetics is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
