R Cosmetics Membership Policy & Terms

R Cosmetics memberships are designed as structured 12-month skin programs to support consistency, ongoing skin management and a personalised approach to treatment.

Please read these terms before purchasing a membership.

1. Membership Term & Payments

R Cosmetics memberships run for a fixed 12-month period and are paid in 12 monthly instalments.

Your membership commences from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Memberships end at the completion of the 12-month term and do not automatically renew.

Your monthly membership fee is determined by the membership selected:

Maintain — $199/month
Correct — $249/month
Transform — $299/month

Your treatment inclusions and member benefits are those displayed for your selected membership at the time of purchase.

2. Treatment Inclusions & Allocation

Membership treatments are provided progressively throughout your 12-month membership and are not provided as an upfront treatment balance.

Maintain includes 12 R Signature Facials across the membership period.

Correct and Transform treatments are strategically scheduled throughout the year as part of your personalised skin plan.

Treatment timing, sequencing and individual protocols may be adjusted according to your skin, progress, treatment response, suitability and clinical assessment.

Your monthly payments are instalments toward your complete 12-month membership program. Treatments are scheduled throughout the year according to your membership inclusions and personalised treatment plan.

3. Member Benefits & Discounts

Member benefits apply while your membership is active:

Maintain — 5% off eligible additional treatments + priority member booking.

Correct — 10% off eligible additional treatments + 10% off eligible skincare + priority member booking.

Transform — 15% off eligible additional treatments + 10% off eligible skincare + priority member booking.

Discounts are personal to the member, are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages or offers unless otherwise stated.

Discounts apply to eligible purchases made during the active membership period only.

4. Early Cancellation

While memberships are designed as 12-month programs, we understand that circumstances can change.

You may request to end your membership before completion of the 12-month term by providing 30 days' written notice to R Cosmetics.

If the standard retail value of treatments you have already received exceeds the membership fees you have paid by the effective cancellation date, you will be asked to pay the difference.

To keep this fair and predictable, any reconciliation amount will be capped at one monthly membership payment for your membership tier:

Maintain — maximum $199
Correct — maximum $249
Transform — maximum $299

If the retail value of treatments received does not exceed the membership fees you have paid, no additional reconciliation amount will apply.

Once your membership ends, any unused future treatment entitlements, discounts and membership benefits will cease.

R Cosmetics may waive a reconciliation amount in circumstances including medical reasons, pregnancy where the treatment program cannot reasonably continue, relocation or significant financial hardship.

5. Appointment Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a membership appointment.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or you fail to attend your appointment, the allocated membership treatment may be forfeited in accordance with the R Cosmetics Booking & Cancellation Policy.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur and individual circumstances may be considered at the discretion of R Cosmetics.

6. Unused Treatments & Expiry

Membership treatments are intended to be completed within your 12-month membership period.

Any unused treatments remaining at the end of the membership period will expire and cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash or carried over into a new membership, except where otherwise agreed by R Cosmetics or required by law.

Memberships and membership treatment entitlements are personal to the member and are not transferable.

7. Clinical Suitability & Treatment Changes

All treatments are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and ongoing suitability.

Your skin and circumstances may change during your 12-month program. R Cosmetics may therefore adjust treatment timing, sequencing or individual treatment protocols where clinically appropriate.

If an included treatment is not clinically suitable for you, an appropriate alternative or adjustment to your treatment plan will be discussed with you.

Membership does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed where, in the practitioner's clinical judgement, it would not be appropriate or safe to do so.

8. Treatment Availability

Your membership price and advertised treatment inclusions will remain as agreed at the time of purchase for your 12-month membership term.

If an included treatment becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, R Cosmetics will discuss an appropriate alternative of comparable value with you.

R Cosmetics will not materially reduce your membership inclusions or increase your agreed monthly membership fee during your existing 12-month term without your agreement, except where required by law.

9. Failed or Outstanding Payments

Members are responsible for ensuring a valid payment method is available for scheduled membership payments.

If a membership payment is unsuccessful or becomes overdue, R Cosmetics may contact you to arrange payment.

Access to membership treatments, discounts and benefits may be temporarily suspended while membership payments remain outstanding.

10. Australian Consumer Law

These Membership Terms & Conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

R Cosmetics services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a refund, replacement service or other remedy under the law, these membership terms do not restrict that entitlement.

11. Acceptance of Membership Terms

Before purchasing, please review your selected membership's treatment inclusions, monthly fee, 12-month term and these Membership Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing an R Cosmetics membership, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and understand the terms applicable to your membership.
