Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At R Cosmetics, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To respect the time of both our clients and our practitioners, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations & Reschedules We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file at the time of booking.

No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of your $50 deposit. This fee will be automatically charged to your saved card and is non-refundable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible via our booking system or by emailing us directly. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise — if this is the case, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Card on File A valid card is required to secure all bookings. Your card details are stored securely and will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
