Cancellation, No-Shows & Deposits Policy

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

If you proceed with your treatment, this deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with appropriate notice.

Payment can be made via our online booking system.
48-Hour Cancellation Notice

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delaying other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Repeat Cancellations & Reschedules

Clients who reschedule or cancel more than twice within a 30-day period may be required to pay the full treatment cost upfront for future appointments.

This policy ensures fair scheduling for all clients and helps us maintain high service standards.
Medical or Emergency-Related Cancellations

If you are unwell or have a medical emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.

In some cases, we may allow your deposit to be transferred to a future booking at our discretion (a doctor's certificate may be required).
