Cancellation, No-Shows & Deposits Policy

At R Cosmetics, we respect your time and appreciate the same in return. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, please review our policy below:

Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • If you proceed with your treatment, this deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with appropriate notice.

  • Payment can be made via our online booking system.

48-Hour Cancellation Notice

  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delaying other clients.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Repeat Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Clients who reschedule or cancel more than twice within a 30-day period may be required to pay the full treatment cost upfront for future appointments.

  • This policy ensures fair scheduling for all clients and helps us maintain high service standards.

Medical or Emergency-Related Cancellations

  • If you are unwell or have a medical emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • In some cases, we may allow your deposit to be transferred to a future booking at our discretion (a doctor's certificate may be required).

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
